This is me in 150 words.

Hey there, I’m Rachel. I’m a NZ trained occupational therapist who is currently at home raising three children who are aged 5, 3.5, and 1 year. I’ve been married for 8 years to a wonderful man named Matt. We call ourselves Christians; what this means in our everyday lives is that we try to love God and love others just as Jesus did.

I’m passionate about down to earth parenting, learning through play, mindful mothering, building communities, raising kids on real food (or trying to), baby wearing, and eco-living. On this blog I might talk about a few of these things, as well as ways that I use my occupational therapy knowledge in my everyday parenting.

I hope we can connect through the world of blogging, if you flick me a message I’d love to hear from you!

P.S. If you’d like to read more about what an occupational therapist does in practice, you could check out my blog post about it here.
