About me

Hey there, I’m Rachel. I’m a NZ trained occupational therapist who is currently at home raising three children who are aged 4, 2.5, and 5 months. I’m also a wife of 7 years to a wonderful man named Matt.

I’m passionate about down to earth parenting, mindful mothering, building communities, raising kids on real food (or trying to), baby wearing, and eco-living. On this blog I might talk about a few of these things, as well as ways that I use my occupational therapy knowledge in my everyday parenting.

I hope you enjoy reading my blog.

P.S. If you’d like to read more about what an occupational therapist does in practice, you could check out my blog post about it here.
